I’ve purchased my package, what happens next

You’ll receive and email from us with the next steps. One will involve completing the onboarding/ invitation page setup form. Don’t worry, it’s really simple with just a couple of questions. You’ll need to be logged in though for the form to load.

How long does it take for my invitation page to be set up

It depends on the time of the day when you complete the onboarding form, and what our current workload is like. It can be anywhere from 30 minutes up to 24 hours. The only time it may take longer is if you have purchased a custom design, or there is problems with the files you have provided to us during the onboarding stage.

I’m a returning customer, can you reuse my information

Unfortunately, we cannot reuse the information provided for a previous invitation purchase. All data that was provided as part of that purchase is deleted shortly after the event conclusion.

The only data we retain is the sale data (order and invoice).

I like a template design, but not the colour. Can you change it

If the change you want to make is a simple change, such as changing the background colour, or the colour of some text, we are happy to make that change provided it is minimal. We consider a minimal change to be background colour and text colour so it compliments the background colour change (ie to colour changes). You will need to provide us with the colour in HEX format eg: #aa1926

All other changes will require you to purchase a bespoke design which currently costs $250.

I received an SMS, is it legit

With many scams circulating via SMS, you may be concerned about an SMS claiming to be from us on behalf of a client. There are a few things you can check:

  • our SMS will have the alpha tag YourInvite
  • the invitation link will follow the format The two letters will be the first name initials of the hosts and the number is your identifier. In this example the link is for an event hosted by Mel and Ben and the recipient is given the ID of 105
  • Our message will also be constructed in the following manner “Dear Invitee You’re invited to Event. View invitation and RSVP here: link

If you are concerned about the link, do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly team and we will verify the message for you.

How we handle your personal information

Rest assured, your personal information is treated with care. We gather only essential details during the sending and RSVP process, and none of it is stored in a centralised database. The details shared with us by your host include your first name, last name, mobile number, and the first names to be included in the invitation message.

Your data is managed across three distinct stages of the sending process, each with unique requirements. The SMS sending process doesn’t retain any data, the exclusive link doesn’t utilise any personal information, and the RSVPs are temporarily stored in a table containing only names, without any contact details.

For our website and related systems, we employ cutting-edge security measures, including SSL encryption, to ensure your information is safeguarded.

Be assured that the information you provide is exclusively used for sending invitations. We are committed to not sharing or selling this information to external parties. Once your host’s event concludes, RSVP data is permanently deleted.

The only information retained is that of the host, which was employed to facilitate the purchase of the sending package. Your privacy is our priority.
