What’s included

Our send 200 package includes:

  • sending your invitation via SMS to up to 200 contacts
  • choose one of our pre-designed invitation pages
  • RSVPs delivered straight to your inbox
  • tracking RSVPs.

How many do I need? The SMS is sent to the lead guest. For example you are inviting a couple John and Sarah. You decide to send the SMS to Sarah which covers both of them. This is counted as 1 contact.

How does it work

  1. Purchase the package
  2. Complete the invitation page setup form and provide the required images and guest list
  3. Approve your invitation page
  4. Watch your RSVPs come flying in.

Do you want to be able to send a follow up/ reminder SMS? Make sure you select the Standard Plus Reminder option. We’ll send a reminder SMS to those that haven’t RSVP’d by a certain date.

What if I don’t like the template designs available

Not a problem, we will happily design a custom invitation page for you. Select the option below that includes custom design. The design fee is included in the package price. The turnaround time for your invitation page will vary depending on our current work volume.

How long does it take to get my invitation set up and sent

The time it takes from purchase to your invitations being sent, will vary depending on our workload and how quickly you prepare the required information. If choosing from our standard templates, we can prepare your send in a couple of hours. If you choose the custom design, it will take a bit longer for the design process. If you have an urgent send requirement, please reach out to us and we’ll let you know what we can do.

Ok, so you might be concerned that it may seem a little too informal to send an invitation via SMS. That’s why your SMS contains a link to a nice pretty invitation page. It’s better than email, because it won’t get hidden in someone’s junk/spam folder. Plus, it’s so easy to reply, most people will do it right away.
